You are officially booked and on our calendar after you have signed our contract and paid your first installment of 50%.
The rental includes tables (round and/or rectangular) and chairs. Metal folding chairs in Suite 1821 and banquet chairs in Suite 1809.
Our kitchenette includes a sink, table, small refrigerator, cooler, and microwave. This is not a fully equipped kitchen, so cooking is not an option.
If you are still in the event center (on the premises) after your scheduled time, you will lose your security deposit. Please consider adding additional time, if possible, to ensure you do not lose your security deposit.

The incidental fee is $300 and it is fully refundable if there are no damages done to the event center.
Yes, although any time after 11:00 pm is considered "extended time". The "extended time" option beyond 11:00 pm may be available and purchased for an additional fee of $375 per hour, plus the security fee. No events after 1 am MAX.
We have 10 - 12 rectangle (6 ft.) tables and 10 - 15 round tables. We suggest 6 - 8 people per table.
*Additional tables (3 ft. / 4 ft.) may be available upon request.
G & M Magnolia Event Center requires all individuals to use the facility respectfully. The following list of restrictions are prohibited, and violations may result in the immediate removal of person(s) from the premises or event termination/cancellation with no refund to Client/Lessee:
- No pets or animals are permitted, except for service animals.
- All event guests, attendees, participants, vendors, and service providers must be fully clothed and wearing shoes.
- Firearms and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited in the center or on the premises.
- Drugs, controlled substances, and narcotics (legal or illegal) are strictly prohibited in the center and on the premises.
- No fighting and no acts of violence or harassment. No threats, foul, disrespectful, or abusive language.
- No nudity, lewd, or indecent acts and behaviors. No explicit videos or pornographic pictures or materials of any kind.
- G & M Magnolia Event Center is 100% smoke-free including electronic cigarettes and hookahs.
- No unattended children or minors. All children and minors must be always accompanied and chaperoned by an adult.
- No events shall be booked under false pretenses including but not limited to name, age, identity, payments, etc. In the event of any fraud, all fees paid by the Client/Lessee will be forfeited, the event will be canceled, and legal action will be taken against the involved person(s).
- G & M Magnolia Event Center prohibits discrimination of any kind and reserves the right to request any persons or groups of people acting unruly and contrary to rental regulations to leave the premises immediately. Law enforcement assistance may be required if the request is not honored.
Yes, with MAJOR restrictions. G & M Magnolia Event Center opened with a vision of excellence. We are proud to be a part of the Everman community and aim to remain a responsible asset. We have a ZERO tolerance for any disruptive activities/events. While we adore our teen guests, to ensure all parties are safe, TWO staff protection guards are required for the duration of the event. IF AT ANYTIME, ANY GUEST IS DEEMED DISRUPTIVE, THE EVENT WILL BE SHUT DOWN AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. THE CLIENT/LESSEE IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL GUESTS AFTER THE EVENT. WE WILL NOT STAY WITH THE TEENS UNTIL THEIR RIDES PICK THEM UP.
We also require TWO chaperones per 20 teens. Again, if any arguments, fights, misunderstandings, or any other disruptive behavior occur, the event will be IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN, AND YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND.
All decorations must be free-standing and not attached to any part of the facility. Nothing may be attached to walls, ceilings, windows, fixtures, etc. WITHOUT approval. When in doubt, ask first. Glitter, confetti, and silly string are prohibited. Balloons must be removed at the end of the event. No fireworks or open flames of any kind are permitted. This includes candles. A unity candle for a wedding ceremony is the only exception upon approval and must be contained within glass.
